Mental Health & Rehabilitation Resources (Canada)

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis please call 911 or contact Canada’s National Crisis Line 988

This page is here for one reason: to make it easier for first responders, military members, veterans, and their families to find the support they deserve. Navigating trauma, burnout, operational stress, or the long tail of difficult calls shouldn’t require digging through endless websites or wondering where to start. JJ.Handmade exists to help point you in the right direction, toward care that understands the culture you come from and the weight you carry.

The resources listed here are recognized nationally and provincially, and include crisis supports, peer networks, clinical programs, rehabilitation services, and evidence-based tools created specifically for public safety personnel and military communities. You’ll find options for immediate help, ongoing care, family support, and specialized treatment.

This page isn’t meant to diagnose or replace professional care. It’s simply a clear, accessible map of what’s available so you don’t have to search alone.
